the only competiting product that i know of is Arms and Hammer's diaper pail. Their refill packs are less expensive by about $1 per pack and each pack holds 250 diapers (thats 70 diapers more than Diaper Genie II refills).



other than the rather high price, i am very satisfied with this product as its very easy to use and eliminates odors.

The Diaper Genie replaced an old fashioned trash can that always smelled like dirty diapers. The Diaper Genie keeps the smell in and the 3 pack of refills makes keeping things fresh a little less expensive.

No hassle diaper disposal

I don't have the diaper genie II, but have a similar pail that can use the refills. Most places I've been to sells these individually, only Amazon has pack of 3, and the price is better than other places. The refill is pretty much a very long plastic bag, each time you put a diaper in the pail, a bit of the bag is pulled out from the refill "ring". We have a 6 month old and go through one of these every 2 weeks. Using these refills it saves us from having to collect small plastic bags and keeps the smell away. excellent!

This is the best baby powder out there. Ive been using it for four months on my baby and she has never had a diaper rash of any kind. I swear by this stuff.

My daughter was getting butt rashes constantly. No matter how frequently I changed her diaper or how many things I used, it never seemed to work. I also took her to the doctor and not much he was able to do for us. I tried gold bold cornstrach and she has been rash free for 3 weeks. Sometimes I put it by itself or I apply it on top of a butt cream to help seal out the wetness.. Thank goodness I found something to prevent rashes. Even if you you see a bit red, just apply the powder and it goes away right away.. thank you gold bond, now i don't have to feel so bad for my daughter!!!

We have tried so many different powders and this one is the best of the best! Amazingly the cost is similar to others but this seems to work like a diaper rash cream and a powder combined! If as an adult you like how gold bond keeps your feet dry then you will love how it keeps your baby or toddler's bottom dry! It isn't overly powdery either, we don't get a big poof of powder when we use it like others either! Just wish they made them in a bigger size container!

This is absolutely the BEST cure for a baby's diaper rash and having 4 children I've tried everything. It has zinc oxide like a lot of the other diaper ointments and creams BUT since it's a powder it keeps my baby dry and comfy while it heals her bottom!

This is a great little item which I carry around in my regular handbag. Since I have a toddler, I don't need a bulky diaper bag for most of my daily errands. This holds a few diapers and the travel wipes pack nicely, but keep in mind that it won't fit in smaller handbags. I also love the design of it (nautical) - the patterns and colors are nicely coordinated.
